I had a mixed experience at the Hilton Omaha. While the hotel's location next to the convention center and the spaciousness of my room were definite positives, I encountered several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The understaffed restaurant and some maintenance problems in my room were particularly disappointing, and the service from staff varied greatly.
